According to Chinese media reports, Ji Yue, a subsidiary of GEELY AUTO (00175.HK) +0.100 (+1.099%) Short selling $72.19M; Ratio 20.143% , will cooperate with NVIDIA (NVDA.US) to build intelligent cars. Ji Yue's production models will be equipped with NVIDIA's centralised in-vehicle computing platform "NVIDIA DRIVE Thor" from 2026 onwards.
It is understood that the platform architecture is designed for Transformer, LLM and generative AI workloads, and integrates various intelligence functions into the same AI platform to enable autonomous driving, parking functions, driver monitoring and an AI cockpit.
